请问拿了PR应该怎么申请减学费【UQ学生】

赶紧换CITIZEN是正经事，PR的福利基本上取消的差不多了~

Citizen和pr福利有什么区别，除了选举权，看不出哪里还有区别。大学就是一个international一个domestic的区别，本科学费差的蛮多的，master差的就不多了，但还是有便宜。本科就是pr和citizen都可以申请政府贷款。
