Due to sudden circumstances, I am leaving for Korea and am looking for someone to take over my apartment in South Brisbane.

It's near Culture Center station and you can walk to the city in 15 minutes, and South Brisbane station is also nearby, so transportation is good.

Also, the state library is only a 2-3 minute walk away, so you can go there anytime if you need to study or print something.

There is a large Woolworths and Coles within a 5-7 minute walk, and there are many restaurants nearby.

The one-bed house is clean and furnished, and has all the dishes and kitchen utensils.

The contract period runs until November next year and the price is $620 per week.

You will be contracting with real estate through transfer, not with me.
