Economic andcomfortable bedrooms within a 17 rooms building are available only for Collegeor TAFE students. Each student has his or her own/share lockable bedroom, andall bedrooms are fully furnished. Residents need to share community bathroom(gents and ladies are separate), community kitchen, and lounge area (we willmaintain community bathroom, community kitchen, and public area). We also haveswimming pool and heating spa.

The Accommodation is located into Southport Tourist Park butonly providing to students. The location is closed to Griffith University ColdCoast Campus and Australian Fair shopping Centre.

All bedrooms require minimum 4 months booking and you haveto bring your own linen and bedding stuff.

Single bed bedroom (one person only)

$130 per week + $100 bond for key

(price included bedroom with single bed, fridge, TV, table, chair, electricity, water and Internet WIFI also provided)

Double bed bedroom (one person only)

$160 per week + $100 bond for key

(price included bedroom with double bed, fridge, TV, table, chair, electricity, water and Internet WIFI also provided)

One bedroom with 2 single beds (2 people share room)

$110 each person + $100 bond for key

(price included bedroom with two single beds, fridge, TV, table, chair, electricity, water and Internet WIFI also provided)

One bedroom with 4 single beds (4 people share room)

$110 each person + $100 bond for key

(price included bedroom with four single beds, fridge, TV, table, chair, electricity, water and Internet WIFI also provided)

One bedroom with 5 single beds (5 people share room)

$110 each person + $100 bond for key
